The facility focuses on the development of an integrated, cost-efficient, quality-driven health care delivery system. The organization aims to meet the continually changing needs of patients and the advancing technology of modern health care. The unit staff includes a core group of experienced professionals available for support on all shifts. Documentation is performed using an electronic system. The unit follows a patient ratio of 6:1. Floating to other Med-Surg and Tele units may occur. Block scheduling is available to enhance work-life balance. Communication is facilitated through mobile devices and there are computers/scanners in every room.
