Direct message the job poster from TRC Talent Solutions Recruiting Manager/Professional Solutions Healthcare Operations Consultant Remote with On-site Travel 6+ months with chance of extending based on Project Demands Position Overview We are seeking experienced and results-driven Healthcare Operations Consultants for a contract engagement with a leading, clinic group that operates over 100 facilities. The primary objective of this project is to conduct comprehensive operational assessments of clinical sites to enhance capacity utilization, elevate the patient experience, and drive revenue growth. Consultants will be responsible for evaluating existing clinical workflows, identifying key areas for improvement, and implementing operational best practices. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, excellent client-facing capabilities, and a deep understanding of clinical environments. Successful consultants may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time position upon completion of the initial contract period. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site assessments of clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staff workflows, resource allocation, and facility layout. Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improved capacity utilization. Develop and present strategic recommendations to clinic leadership and corporate stakeholders. Design and implement standardized best practices and process improvement initiatives across multiple locations. Collaborate closely with clinical staff and management to ensure successful adoption of new processes and procedures. Required Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a management or operational consulting role. Proven ability to critically evaluate complex processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and successfully implement change. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from clinical staff to executive leadership. Strong client management and project management capabilities. Must be willing and able to travel regularly to client sites as required by the project. Preferred Qualifications Experience within a private equity-backed healthcare environment is a plus.
