Job Description

• Supporting the APMs, PEs, and other project managers as needed
• Project planning from precon to completion on ground up projects and occupied spaces
• Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met
• Lead weekly OAC meetings along with support from Supers or Project Executives
• Review and approve change orders, RFIs
• Review documentation from PEs and APMs
• Client and architecture communication

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in project management preferably with a general contractor (as a PE or APM)
• Experience with projects $15M +
• Experience running ground up projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project
• Experience in healthcare preferred or commercial, manufacturing, pharma, and higher ed
• Bachelors degree in construction management or similar

Highly desired but not required:

• Preconstruction experience
• Estimating experience
• Experience with occupied spaces
• Scheduling experience
