Dental Hygienist – Eden Prairie, MN | Patient-Centric Private Practice

Our organization is a well-regarded, patient-focused dental practice in search of a committed Dental Hygienist to enhance our established hygiene team. We prioritize delivering exceptional care while fostering a collaborative, supportive atmosphere and ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Our hygiene appointments are consistently scheduled six months in advance, providing stability and the chance to cultivate enduring relationships with patients.

Work Schedule
Part-time or Full-time, 2–4 days each week

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  No Fridays or weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing
• Perform detailed patient evaluations and periodontal assessments
• Capture dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dentist to determine treatment requirements
• Ensure precise clinical documentation
• Adhere to all infection control and sterilization standards

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Team player with a positive and professional demeanor
• Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based care

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay at $53.00+ per hour (dependent on experience)
