True North Integrative Services, LLC is seeking a CSWA, LCSW, or LPC to provide high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services in an onsite setting.

The CSWA, LCSW, LPC role is responsible for delivering therapeutic support that helps individuals build meaningful progress toward mental health and wellness goals. You will conduct assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support effective treatment planning and continuity of care.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Redmond, OR, ideal for clinicians who value compassionate practice, clinical accountability, and strong communication with clients and colleagues.

• Provide psychotherapy and clinical services in accordance with established treatment plans and professional standards.

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to understand needs, risks, and goals, and to inform care planning.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of clinical encounters, treatment progress, and relevant outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate care, support case management, and ensure consistent service delivery.

• Provide crisis-aware support by identifying risk factors and escalating concerns according to organizational procedures.

• Active and valid licensure consistent with the role (CSWA, LCSW, or LPC).

• Demonstrated experience delivering behavioral health services, including intake, assessment, and ongoing counseling.

• Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and commitment to client confidentiality.

• Ability to complete high-quality clinical documentation in a timely manner.

• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with a diverse range of individuals and presenting concerns.

• Familiarity with evidence-informed treatment approaches and outcome-focused care.

• Experience collaborating with case management and other support professionals to coordinate services.

• Comfort adapting clinical interventions to meet changing client needs and goals.

Hourly rate: $60.00 - $84.00
