Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Assignment Details
Minimum 1 year experience required. Unit accepts first-time travelers.
Requirements
- BLS certification
- Texas PT license (pending license accepted)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
