Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.51 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeWed12:00 PM - 06:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun02:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas, reporting unusual conditions or hazards to appropriate personnel. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and communication protocols. Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
