Job Description Armed Security Officer Naples, FL, United States of America $ 20.00 - $ 22.00 Job Skills / Requirements Part-Time Armed Security Officer TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Part-Time Armed Security Officers to join our team. Applicants must hold valid Florida Class D and Class G Security Licenses and have at least five years of relevant security, military, or law enforcement experience. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively in high-responsibility situations. As a TriCorps officer, you will play an essential role in protecting people, property, and assets while providing courteous assistance and exceptional customer service. Officers in this position help maintain a safe and welcoming environment through vigilance, communication, preparedness, and professionalism. Responsibilities Monitor and control access to properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment. Conduct patrols and inspections to identify potential safety or security concerns. Protect employees, visitors, facilities, and other designated assets. Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and guests. Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and respectfully. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and calls for service. Document and report all observations, activities, and incidents accurately. Collaborate with management and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Required Qualifications Valid Florida Class D Security License. Valid Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License. At least five years of relevant security, military or law enforcement experience. Ability to meet all applicable firearm, training and licensing requirements. Strong communication, observation and report-writing skills. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the assigned shift. Professional Expectations Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times. Schedule and Work Environment Part-time position. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Work assignments and schedules may vary based on operational needs.
