About the Role:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
