Consultant III, Qualtrics Patient Survey Data and Reporting

DescriptionOverview: The Consultant III is part of the analysis and reporting team in Regional SCPMG and responsible for ensuring compliance with the annual member experience and other survey-related regulatory requirements. This role involves sampling and fielding surveys using survey platforms (such as Qualtrics or Press Ganey), analyzing and interpreting survey data (such as descriptives and t-tests), connecting findings to operations and generating reports for committee and stakeholder review, and fulfilling other related tasks that support performance monitoring and improvement.The Consultant III also supports the team’s Power BI dashboard and other data analytic requests. Success depends on strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and oral), experience with assessing data integrity, and taking proactive initiatives towards the team and organization’s shared goals.Job Summary:Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. deploying suitable data gathering and analysis methods (e.g., process observation, hard data, etc.); defining data requirements and obtaining customer agreements, including customer requirements as appropriate; conducting analyses and performing experimental tests to evaluate the effectiveness of business solutions; and identifying and alleviating risks through data-driven analysis.Supports vendor management as required by assisting with reviews of vendor performance levels; ensuring service level agreements are met; and partnering with Procurement and/or Legal to assist in the development of service level and/or scope of work agreements as appropriate.Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and Minimum one (1) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.Additional Requirements:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Negotiation;
