Days Left: 26 days, 3 hours left Apply Client: Entertainment Provider Title: Content Coordinator Location: New York, NY 10036 - Onsite Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance) Pay Range: ($27-$30) on an hourly basis.
Start Date: Sep 2026 Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain content programming schedules and release calendars.
- Coordinate content launches with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Update and maintain accurate data in Content Management Systems (CMS) .
- Track scheduling changes, distribute programming calendars, and ensure timely communication.
- Support content strategy, launch planning, and operational workflows.
- Utilize Excel and project management tools to manage scheduling data and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in content planning, program scheduling, content operations, streaming, or television.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and scheduling tools.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Workspace, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools; Jira and Airtable are a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of television, streaming platforms , programming strategies, and media consumption trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
