Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing calendars efficiently
• Verify insurance information and process patient registration and intake forms
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Collect co-pays, process billing transactions, and maintain accurate patient records
• Travel to various office locations as required to provide front desk support
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and office operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical front office, healthcare administration, or similar role preferred
• Familiarity with medical scheduling software and EHR/EMR systems
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple office locations
• Flexible availability for part-time or full-time scheduling
