Phoenician HomeCare is expanding and looking for dedicated, compassionate caregivers to join our team. Since 2018, we’ve been providing non-medical in-home support to seniors across the Phoenix metro area. As a locally operated agency, we take pride in fostering a positive, respectful environment for both our clients and our staff. If you’re dependable, caring, and want a flexible role with consistent scheduling and a minimum of 4-hour shifts, we encourage you to apply. What We Offer

In this position, you’ll assist seniors with maintaining their independence and quality of life at home. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Performing light housekeeping and preparing simple meals
- Offering medication reminders
- Helping with errands or attending appointments when needed
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Availability for daytime and/or overnight shifts
- Ability to work at least 4-hour blocks
- Reliable transportation
- Prior caregiving (or similar) experience required
