Tennis Associate

Position Summary Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Tennis Associate works with all store associates and management to cultivate customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience. They help execute key company initiatives and improve merchandise selection and service offerings. Responsibilities Champion the PGA TOUR Superstore ‘Customer First’ philosophy by delivering a world‑class shopping experience. Execute the creative vision and merchandising style of the company. Maximize sales by keeping areas in stock, properly signed, merchandised, and following all operations processes. Expand industry knowledge by learning about products from vendors, industry websites, and associates. Qualifications and Skills G.E.D. or high school diploma. Two to three years of retail sales experience, with at least one year in the tennis retail industry preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30‑lb. box overhead. Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be self‑motivated, flexible, enthusiastic team player. Benefits Starting at $15 an hour.
