We are seeking a highly skilled, fully certified Materials and Vibration Monitoring Technician to join our field team. In this role, you will conduct critical materials testing and manage site vibration monitoring to ensure safety, quality, and compliance on our project sites.

⚠️ STRICT REQUIREMENT: You MUST hold active certifications to be considered for this role. We are not offering entry-level training for these specific certifications at this time.

Required Certifications (Non-Negotiable)

• TTCP ACI Certification: Must be currently active and in good standing.
• Vibration Monitoring Certification: Must hold official training certification directly from a recognized vibration monitoring dealer/manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of construction materials (concrete, soils, asphalt, etc.) in accordance with ACI and project standards.
• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain vibration monitoring equipment on active job sites.
• Accurately record field data, interpret vibration monitoring results, and prepare detailed daily reports.
• Communicate effectively with site managers, engineers, and contractors regarding test results and safety thresholds.
• Ensure all testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Additional Qualifications

• Proven field experience in construction materials testing and vibration monitoring.
• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions and active construction environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry testing equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

of New Mexico and Clark County, Nevada Standard Specifications for Public Works.

In addition to our home office and laboratory, GTL has two complete mobile
laboratories providing the ability to perform our tests in remote locations. GTL has
provided a variety of services in New Mexico and Nevada. Many of our staff technicians
