The End User Support IT Technician at CACI in King of Prussia, PA, will be the sole onsite IT support for an office of approximately 70 end users. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and document technical issues through onsite and remote support. You will provide IT support via chat, phone, email, in person and ticketing system, handle onboarding/offboarding, inventory, and work with Windows/Desktop/AD and Microsoft 365.
