About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (ICU/CCU) – Colorado

Start Date: September 10, 2026

Location: Littleton, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Patient ratios typically 1 RN to 2 patients, though ratios may increase during overflow periods. Nurse support staff available including nurse externs.

Highlights:

• 30-bed adult ICU/CCU unit with experienced team of 57 staff members
• Advanced critical care cases including rapid intubation, chest tubes, EVDs, LVAD, and CRRT patients
• Modern equipment including Lenet beds and GE monitors
• EMR system: Meditech
• Charge nurse and nurse extern support on each shift
• Opportunities for neuro and trauma patient care

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• Neuro certification preferred
• Neuro and trauma experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing unit needs and patient acuity
