The ideal candidate is passionate about modern AI‑driven development practices and engineering techniques that accelerate capability delivery, improve mission effectiveness, and enhance overall team productivity. Candidates should have experience contributing to the design, development, and integration of agentic AI systems, including autonomous decision‑support tools, intelligent mission planning components, adaptive control mechanisms, multi‑sensor fusion capabilities, or AI‑enabled situational awareness technologies. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving emerging technical challenges and are motivated by supporting our DoD customers and international partners.The Agentic AI Engineer collaborates across the system development lifecycle - from concept exploration and requirements refinement to model development, agentic workflow implementation, simulation, test, and integration.
