Sleep In Nanny Position

Location:  St. Petersburg, FL
Compensation: $25/hour
Commitment:  Full-Time, Long-Term
Guaranteed Hours: 42.5 hrs/week
Schedule: Sleep-In, Monday–Friday, 7:00–9:00 AM and 2:00–8:30 PM (overnight Monday–Thursday nights; caregiver departs Friday, weekends off)
Start Date: 8/31/27

Position Overview

A warm, energetic, and highly organized family in St. Petersburg is seeking a dependable sleep-in nanny for their two children, ages 6 and 7. The caregiver will stay overnight Monday through Thursday, departing Friday, becoming a consistent daily presence in the household's routine. The family is looking for someone engaging and proactive, comfortable managing the children's schedule both alongside and independently of the parents. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage morning routine and school drop-off/pick-up
• Drive children to school and activities
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, reading, and outdoor time
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks
• Support homework and daily routines
• Handle children's laundry and keep bedrooms/play areas organized
• Light household tasks related to the children

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Experience with school-aged children
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
