Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Technical Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).
• Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Design and configure HR workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
• Platform Governance
• Define and enforce ServiceNow HRSD standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and roadmap planning for HRSD capabilities.
• Integration & Customization
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Develop custom widgets, portals, and reports as needed.
• Team Leadership
• Mentor junior developers and administrators.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for delivery.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC).
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML features in ServiceNow for HR automation.
