Provide safe and effective infusion therapy and skilled nursing services Implement individualized care plans using strong clinical judgment Accurately document patient care using electronic health records Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home environments Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care teamWHAT YOU BRING
Active and unrestricted Texas RN license Wound care experience required At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or a clinical setting Pediatric experience preferred Availability Saturdays and on-call Sundays Availability at least 1 weekday Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and auto insurance TB test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skillsA HIGHER STANDARD OF CARE
