• 4-day in-office schedule with 1 day working from home
• Manageable patient load of 16 - 18 patients per day
• Cradle-to-grave, full-spectrum family medicine practice
• 32 contact hours per week for a true lifestyle-focused practice
• Virtual team handles call coverage -- no after-hours burden
• Outpatient-only position; no hospital duties required
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience required
• Board-certified family medicine physician with active DEA required
