Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in telemetry nursing and be capable of providing exceptional patient care during the night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Med/Surg Tele unit.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Active Ohio Nursing License or a Compact State License.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Positive references from prior supervisors in the specialty are mandatory for submission.
