We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our ZWILLING Brand Shop at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

What You'll DoLead and Develop Your Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top retail talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
• Coach and develop associates through ongoing feedback, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about ZWILLING products and sales strategies.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment.

Drive Business Performance

• Achieve and exceed sales goals while maximizing store profitability.
• Analyze sales trends, business metrics, and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, conversion, units per transaction, and overall sales performance.
• Manage labor scheduling and operational expenses effectively.

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Create a welcoming environment that provides a seamless customer experience.

Build Customer Relationships and Brand Awareness

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that reflects ZWILLING's premium brand standards.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and the local community.
• Support and execute in-store events, product demonstrations, and community outreach initiatives.
• Partner with corporate leadership to drive local marketing efforts and brand awareness.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience with demonstrated success in driving sales and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to analyze business performance and implement action plans.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing 35 pounds or more.
• Comfortable using ladders and performing general retail operational tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in specialty, lifestyle, premium, luxury, or home goods retail.
• Passion for cooking, culinary products, and premium consumer brands.
