Location: 1544 Sierra Vista Plz, St. Louis, Missouri 63138 Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM This is a one-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix software! Appointments include 60-minute recare sessions and 90-minute new patient visits! We offer bi-weekly hourly compensation with the option to enroll in Daily Pay for immediate access to earned wages. Opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses are available! Our practice is equipped with Arestin, iTero, Velscope, and provides coverage for continuing education! Minimum Qualifications Valid dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required). Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. Current CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care. Clinical requirements as needed by the office. Physical Requirements Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally. Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year. To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided.
