Marketing Operations Coordinator

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join Hill Ward Henderson's Marketing and Business Development Department to keep our strategic initiatives running smoothly.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Business Development, firm leadership, attorneys, and external partners to manage essential marketing administrative operations, oversee client entertainment assets, and elevate our community presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations & Budgeting: Track departmental expenditures and invoices, assist with annual budget planning, coordinate vendor relationships, and manage firm-branded promotional inventory.
• Client Entertainment & Events: Coordinate ticket distribution for sporting events, concerts, and special activities, while managing event logistics, attendance tracking, and strategic asset allocation.
• Sponsorships & Community Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for charitable and community partnerships, track sponsorship deadlines and deliverables, and compile data for social media and award submissions.
• Measurement & Reporting: Prepare reports on marketing spend, sponsorships, client entertainment, charitable contributions and community involvement to support future planning and executive decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• One to three years of administrative experience in a professional business or corporate environment.
• One to three years' experience with budgeting.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort adapting to new event and financial software.
• Sound judgment when collaborating with attorneys, firm leadership, and key vendors.
• Flexibility to occasionally support event or client entertainment needs outside standard business hours.
