This position supports analysis of monthly compensation model administration and accruals, budget assistance, benchmarking and modeling, fair market value & survey reporting, quality performance incentive administration, as well as special projects.The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics: organization, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, flexibility, detail orientation, independence, reliability, self-driven, intrinsically motivated, a questioning attitude.Education: Bachelor’s degree requiredPreferred field of study in accounting, finance or closely related disciplineExperience:3 years of experience in accounting/finance requiredKeywords: Talroo-health plans, Accounting, Finance, healthcare, compensation We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $93,932.80 - $137,987.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
