Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist

Extension is seeking a Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner supporting manufacturing and production leadership across multiple shifts
- Lead employee relations investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution efforts
- Coach frontline leaders on performance management, communication, attendance, and accountability
- Support recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with operations leadership to improve retention, workforce stability, and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Maintain HRIS records, reporting, audits, and workforce documentation
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen operations and culture
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- 5–7+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations required
- Proven ability to lead investigations and manage complex workforce matters
- Experience coaching supervisors and operational leaders
- HRIS experience required; UKG experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- PHR or SHRM certification is a plus
Salary Information
- $98k - $100k/year + 10% bonus opportunity
