Asistente de Control de Materiales

Job Description

Actualmente, estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Asistente de Control de Materiales, para futuros proyectos, en la División de Minerales y Metales.

Responsabilidades:

Dar soporte en la supervisión de las compras de equipos y materiales, de acuerdo a los estándares y especificaciones del proyecto.
Brindar apoyo en el manejo, almacenamiento y distribución de los materiales del contratista, de acuerdo a los requerimientos del proyecto (cronograma del proyecto).
Desarrollar los entregables de seguimiento, registros de recepción, despachos y saldos de los mismos, para luego informarlos a través de los reportes semanales y mensuales.
Alertar las desviaciones que se tiene en las compras, equipos y materiales que generen un impacto en costo y tiempo al proyecto.
Asistir al área de administración de contratos y construcción en los reclamos y/o solicitudes del contratista de obra.

Requisitos :

Educación formal: Bachiller o Titulado(a) en Administración o afines.
Experiencia: 3 años de experiencia general y 1 año en el Sector.
Contar con experiencia en control de almacenes y logística o en gestión de materiales y equipos de contratistas.
Experiencia en supervisión de materiales y equipos, en proyectos mineros.
Conocimiento del reglamento de seguridad de Mina.
Softwares: Office intermedio.
