Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our well established dental practice. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality oral healthcare, diagnosing and treating dental conditions, and educating patients on preventive care to promote long-term oral health.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluate patient dental health using diagnostic tools (e.g., X-rays) [indeed.com]
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans [interviewguy.com]
- Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including:
- Cleanings and preventive care
- Fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Extractions and root canals [interviewguy.com]
- Administer local anesthetics and prescribe medications as needed [indeed.com]
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative practices [interviewguy.com]
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment notes [indeed.com]
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure comprehensive care [jobs.nadp.org]
- Stay current with advancements in dental technologies, procedures, and best practices [jobs.nadp.org]
