EMS Support Coordinator - Emergency Medical Services (Days)

Definitions The EMS Support Coordinator handles day to day office environment operations as assigned by the Director of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). This position is responsible for daily office operation to include scheduling EMS personnel, completing time and attendance records, processing incoming mail and managing appointments for multiple personnel and rooms. Required Knowledge & Skills Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures. Licenses and Certifications NONE REQUIRED Qualifications Must have strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
