You are the kind of person who notices when a site is messy, when a detail needs to be clarified, or when a younger painter needs coaching instead of criticism. You do not wait around for someone else to own the outcome. You take responsibility. At Fres Co. Painting, we work on high-end homes, kitchens, and millwork projects throughout Springfield, MO, and the surrounding area. This is not production work. This is a detailed painting where homeowners expect professionalism, clean sites, respectful communication, and strong execution. Your day may include spraying cabinetry, painting walls, coordinating materials, walking a homeowner through a question, solving a field condition, reading plans, or making sure the site is ready for the next trade. You will work around people who care about craftsmanship, accountability, and getting better.
