Job Summary:
This outpatient Physical Therapist position is located in Bedford, Indiana. Candidates are responsible for evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring goals are met to facilitate patient recovery and return to community activities. The role requires candidates to bring their valid physical therapy license on the first day of work.

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, active license for the state of Indiana, at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, and successful completion of an assignment with the agency or previously with the organization is highly desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient experience and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Additional Information: The therapist will evaluate assigned patients, develop individualized treatment plans, participate in student programs, and adhere to all licensing and regulatory requirements.
