Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  
  
• 
  Document clinical information accurately and timely.
  
  
• 
  Float to other Medical Surgical units as needed to support staffing demands.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Must possess a valid nursing license or be eligible to obtain one prior to start.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of medical surgical nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification is required.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to float across multiple units effectively.
  
  
• 
  Experience working with electronic medical records preferred.
