Our Core Values People-obsessed Relentless Improving Innovators Grateful Position Summary As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion Suites, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working independently with office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectable medications as ordered and provide appropriate patient education Start and discontinue IV infusion therapies Establish and access PIVs and ports Prepare and administer medications, including mixing when required Triage infusion patient inquiries Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care delivery, offering suggestions and assistance toward continuous quality improvement Adhere to safety and infection control standards while delivering patient care Comply with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties Travel to other locations as needed Required Knowledge and Skills Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience Comprehensive nursing assessment skills Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills Clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations Excellent customer service skills Desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization Ability to collaborate with others and provide outstanding customer service Education / Licensure / Technical Requirements RN degree; BSN preferred Current nursing license for applicable state BLS certification required within 30 days of hire Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements Pay Range 38–48 USD per hour (Pure Infusion of Nampa) #J-18808-Ljbffr
