Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Member Service Center has an immediate opening for a full-time Member Support Specialist I ! As a Member Support Specialist I, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members - handling 80–100+ calls per day to assist with a wide range of financial needs. This is a high-volume, high-energy role that requires empathy, focus, and a passion for helping people. Assist members via phone and digital channels with non-cash transactions and account support Guide members through digital banking tools and promote self-service options Department hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Friday) and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday) You’ll work an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch and a 15-minute break Potential weekday shifts include: You’ll also be required to work a 4-hour shift every other Saturday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Final rate based on experience and internal equity This is a non-exempt (hourly) position High school diploma or equivalent required Credit union or banking call center experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply! Remote Work Opportunities: After completing training, which may take up to 6 months depending on your experience and learning style, you’ll have the opportunity to work fully remote, as long as performance metrics are met. You must reside in Oklahoma to be eligible for remote work and to attend occasional in-person departmental meetings. All necessary computer equipment will be provided to support your remote work setup. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Complete communications and regulations training.
