About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, technology-focused Document & Data Clerk to join our busy team. This role is designed for early-career candidates with strong technical training who are eager to apply AI and automation in a real-world legal environment. You will be part of a team that manages technology-enabled document lifecycle—leveraging RPA processes, AI tools, and workflow automation to process and produce legal documents at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage document intake through automated RPA processes
• Use AI tools to review, classify, and extract data from documents and systems
• Identify opportunities to automate document capture and processing
• Monitor output quality, accuracy, and system performance
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure case deadlines and legal productions are timely and accurate

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
