Onboarding & People Ops Coordinator

Baseten is hiring a People Operations Coordinator to own the tactical onboarding process for new hires. The role focuses on collecting required documents, greeting new hires, running sessions, and keeping onboarding on track as the company grows. This position is based in our San Francisco office, with in-office presence required 3+ days a week.
