What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity unsecured areas and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entrances exits and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access provide directions and/or assist with visitor-related questions.
• Communicate with site contacts first responders and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents daily activity and notable conditions observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
