Job Title: Guest Relations and Team Manager Location: 401 Florida Ave, Cocoa, FL 32922 Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role involves managing staff, handling customer relations, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations, from opening to closing. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Management: Oversee FOH operations, including hiring, scheduling, and training staff. Lead by example to ensure a positive work environment and enforce company policies (attendance, dress code, behavior). Customer Service: Train and empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure staff is knowledgeable about the menu, allergens, and special dietary needs. Operational Oversight: Manage daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure all catering orders are correctly prepared and delivered on time. Maintain inventory levels and oversee cash handling. Communication & Teamwork: Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and excellence across all departments. Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure consistency in food quality and service. Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints and issues, offering effective solutions. Maintain a clean and organized FOH area, ensuring food safety standards are met. Inventory & Administrative Tasks: Manage weekly inventory, including product deliveries and gift card tracking. Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks (labor allotment, EOD reports, Marketman updates). Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong communication skills and ability to manage and motivate a team. Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency with POS systems and administrative tools (e.g., Marketman, 7Shifts, Clover). Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lead by example, enforce policies, and ensure consistency.
