Custodian

Job TitleKeeps the building and facilities in a clean, neat, and safe condition by performing various janitorial duties throughout the building and property.Duties/Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning duties on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, including disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas, trash collection, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing supplies, etc.Assist with snow removal, ensuring walkways are clear and safe.Assist with other maintenance duties that may arise.RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Knowledge of cleaning procedures and the ability to use chemical cleaners according to directions.Knowledge of proper chemical handling and disposal (will train).Ability to be self-directed to complete daily, weekly and monthly task.Good communication skills.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Standing and walking 8 hours a dayWe are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
