There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.The Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate conducts in-depth financial analyses to support clients in evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams. This role involves preparing detailed reports, participating in client meetings, and leveraging financial tools to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making. **Job Responsibilities*** Executes financial due diligence analyses with moderate independence, including quality of earnings, normalized performance, and working capital considerations.* Supports preparation of client deliverables, reports, and supporting analyses.* Participates in client interactions, meetings, and information-gathering discussions.* Collaborates with engagement team members and specialists to support integrated deal insights.* Applies sound judgment to identify issues, trends, and risks relevant to transaction decision-making.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* 1–6 years of experience.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience performing financial due diligence, audit, or transaction-related analyses.* Exposure to quality of earnings, working capital, or transaction modeling concepts.* Progress toward CPA or equivalent professional certification.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into client-ready insights.* Effective written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.**Additional Role Expectations*** Travel: As required by engagement needs; may include local or national travel.* Peak Periods: Increased workload during active transaction phases and reporting timelines.* Scheduling: Flexibility to meet client deadlines and engagement delivery requirements.At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
