Wages and Benefits Sick Leave and PTO (Paid Time Off) Pay $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Shift Differentials Position Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and according to QMAP regulations. Maintain accurate medication records and documentation. Observe, monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional conditions. Assist resident safety, comfort and well-being at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations. Assist with resident care and support a positive team-oriented environment. Qualifications Current Colorado QMAP certification. Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered environment. Strong communication and organization skills. A heart for serving seniors and supporting their quality of life.
