Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Beverwyck Group Home in Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands‑on support to adults with disabilities. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines. Support personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs. Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement. Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence. Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
