Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Provide medical case management services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders Conduct new client intakes Manage client medications accurately and in detail Participate in medication administration as needed Document all medication administration within the assigned timeframe Communicate with and update clients' parents/families, when applicable, on medical concerns Support direct care staff with medication administration and ensure proper medical documentation and quality control Provide medical check-ins and serve as the primary medical care provider while on base Participate in a rotating on-call schedule Provide medical consultation and expertise for base/field scenarios while on call Support the campus RN as required Collaborate with the campus RN to keep client charts up to date Requirements Associate degree in nursing Current North Carolina state licensure as an LPN Experience in Substance Abuse/Mental Health Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in medical case management for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, ensuring accurate medication administration and thorough documentation. Collaborates effectively with healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care and support.
