Join Ellie Mental Health as a Therapist in Rochester, NY, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of the individuals in our community. We are looking for compassionate and skilled professionals to provide therapeutic support in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Conduct individual, couples, family and/or group therapy sessions.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges.

Develop, implement and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings.

Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care.

Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)

Experience working in a therapeutic setting.

Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping individuals.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
