Requirements Qualifications PhD in Physics, Quantum Science, or a related field. 7+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience in quantum optics, photonics, trapped‑ion systems, or quantum computing. Experience with interdisciplinary teams and translating research into practical technologies. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
