COO: Mortgage Operations & Credit Risk Leader

Premier Mortgage Resources, LLC is seeking a COO to own credit risk policy, oversee underwriting and operations leadership, and drive agency relationships with major lenders. The role includes setting strategy for origination systems including AI and impacting servicing decisions.
The COO will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to improve throughput, service quality, and growth, while maintaining a hands-on leadership style when required.
