Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Littleton, North Carolina. This opportunity offers an outpatient-only practice serving an underserved patient population within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Providers will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong clinical support while delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.

Call Responsibilities
Very light after-hours telephonic call
Calls are first triaged by experienced RN staff
Provider contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification

Weekend or Holiday Call: None
Clinics are closed on major holidays.

Monday through Friday coverage
Five days per week preferred
Open to 3 4 consecutive day schedules
Lunch Break: 1 hour

Candidate Requirements
FNP or PA-C
Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
Willingness to see patients per day
Meet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management

Credentialing
Fast credentialing turnaround
Credentialing with major payors supported
Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required but preferred
