Pediatric Transitional Nurse – RN / LVN Grand Prairie, TX | Bilingual Preferred (Not Required) Pay Range LVN: $30–$36/hour RN: $35–$45/hour Role Overview Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN) for our Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team to support medically fragile children during critical transitions to home care. This role is ideal for nurses confident working with high‑acuity patients and skilled in trach, vent, G‑tube, and emergency management. Nurses in this position play a critical role supporting families, training caregivers, and ensuring safe continuity of care in the home environment.
